To place an order you must first create an account. The personal data you provide is used to answer queries, process orders or allow access to specific information. You have the right to modify and delete all the personal information found in the "My Account" page.
We will not share your information with any other parties.
We use PayPal for all online payments. To use PayPal you must have an online account with them. www.paypal.com
You will receive a PayPal confirmation email when you have placed your order including:
• The item
• Delivery charge
The basic delivery rate is £3.50 and increases in line with the weight of the parcel. This fee is calculated at the checkout.
We use a courier service for delivery and it is usual to take up to four working days for delivery. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please email email@example.com for more delivery options.
Missing items from your order
We make every effort so that your order is correct at the time of packing. If there are items missing from your order however please contact 0208 883 9478 from 9.30 to 5.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday up to 7 days after you have received the goods.
Please check your paperwork before you contact us to see if we have sent the order in more than one parcel. In the unlikely event that your product is unavailable when we pack your order we will inform you immediately. You will not be charged for these items.
You may return a product within 14 days of it being dispatched to you, as long as it is in its original condition. Please email us with your order number and ensure that the item:
• Is in original condition.
• It was sold by Fringe and not a third party seller.
• It is returned within 14 days and in agreement with our returns policy.
• It was delivered to a UK address and is being returned from within theUK.
How to send a Royal Mail or Courier Return
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reasons.
• Put the delivery note in with the product and package it up securely.

Returns policy exceptions
Pre-cut ribbon and fabric are not covered by our standard returns policy as they are unlikely to be resold.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000), the consumer has the right to cancel their order up to seven working days after the day they receive their order. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, such as pre cut ribbon and fabric.
You must cancel your order in writing by letter or email. You must also:
. Take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
. Return the original packaging (where possible) as soon as possible after cancellation.
Fringe is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. We may charge or not refund to you if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
